To Enable Cookies click on your browser type below. Detailed instructions will help you enable cookies on your browser. You may need to close and reopen your browser for the setting to take effect. Once you have your cookies enabled, try logging in again.

  1. Click on the AOL "Settings" icon near the top of your AOL window.
  2. In the "Essentials" section, click on "Internet [Web] Options"
  3. Click on the "Privacy" Tab.
  4. Click the "Advanced" Button.
  5. Click on the checkbox for "Override Automatic Cookie Handling".
  6. Click "Accept" for "First Party Cookies" - You can leave "Third Party Cookies" Blocked.
  7. Click the "OK" Button.
  8. Click the "OK" Button .
  9. Close "Preferences".
  10. Log in to the website.

  1. Click on the AOL "Settings" icon near the top of your AOL window.
  2. Click" Preferences".
  3. Click the "By Category" tab
  4. Find "Internet" in the listings.
  5. Click on the "Privacy" tab.
  6. Click on the "Advanced" button.
  7. Ensure that "Override automatic cookie handling" is checked.
  8. First and Third party cookies should be set to "Accept"
  9. Check "Always allow session cookies"
  10. Click on "OK"
  11. Click "Apply" and then "OK"
  12. Log in to the website.

  1. Click on the AOL "Settings" icon near the top of your AOL window.
  2. Select "Preferences".
  3. Click "Internet Properties".
  4. Click on the "Privacy" Tab.
  5. Click the "Advanced" Button.
  6. Click on the checkbox for "Override Automatic Cookie Handling".
  7. Click "Accept" for "First Party Cookies" - You can leave "Third Party Cookies" Blocked.
  8. Click the "OK" Button.
  9. Click the "OK" Button .
  10. Close "Preferences".
  11. Log in to the website.

  1. Click on the AOL "Settings" icon near the top of your AOL window.
  2. Click" Preferences".
  3. Click on "Internet Properties (WWW)".
  4. Click on the Security tab.
  5. Click on the "Internet Zone", then click on the "Custom" button on the bottom of the window. The Security Settings window will appear.
  6. Scroll down until you see "Cookies".
  7. Click "Enable" for the Allow per-session cookies option.
  8. Click "OK" to exit.
  9. Log in to the website.

  1. Click on your brower's "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options."
  2. Click the "Privacy" Tab.
  3. Click the "Advanced" Button.
  4. Check the Box for "Override Automatic Cookie Handling."

  6. Click the "OK" Button.
  7. Click the "OK" Button .
  8. Log in to the website.

  1. Click on your brower's "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options."
  2. Click the Security Tab.
  3. Click the Internet zone, then either select a security level other than "High," or: Select the "Custom Level" button.
  4. Scroll down to the "Cookies" section and click "Enable" for both cookie options.
  5. Click "OK."
  6. Log in to the website.

  1. Click on your brower's "Explore" Menu and select "Preferences."
  2. Click "Receiving Files" section and then select "Cookies."
  3. Change the "When receiving cookies:" to "Never Ask."
  4. Click "OK".
  5. Log in to the website.

  1. Click on your brower's "Edit" Menu and select "Preferences."
  2. Click "Receiving Files" section and then select "Cookies."
  3. Change the "When receiving cookies:" to "Never Ask."
  4. Click "OK".
  5. Log in to the website.

  1. Go to the "Tools" menu.
  2. Select "Options".
  3. Select the "Privacy" icon in the top panel.
  4. Select the "Cookies" tab.
  5. Check the box corresponding to "Allow sites to set cookies".
  6. Check the box corresponding to "for the originating site only".
  7. Click "OK" to save changes.
  8. Log in to the website.

Safari for Macintosh    back to top

  1. Click on your brower's "Safari" Menu and select "Preferences."
  2. Click on "Security"
  3. Under "Cookies" make sure either "Always" or "Only from sites you navigate to" is selected
  4. Close the Safari preferences window.
  5. Log in to the website.

  1. Select "Preferences..." from the Firefox menu.
  2. Select the "Privacy" icon in the top panel.
  3. Check the box corresponding to "Allow sites to set cookies".
  4. Check the box corresponding to "for the originating site only".
  5. Close the Firefox Preferences window.
  6. Log in to the website.
