you updated with all kinds of Buzztime tidbits and new info we know

is back.  Only one champion will prevail.  Will it be you?

 Calling all Showdown fans.  The all-new Showdown Shootout is here. 
Tuesday nights in May.  We're giving away $9000 in prizes for you
and your bar, so get your posse together to compete.  Three leagues,
four weeks.  Top 5 locations in each league will win and the top 6 players
at each winning location will receive a prize.  That's 90 winners in total.  
May 6 - 27.  5.30pm PT/8.30pm ET.  Every game will count!

unlikely couples and figure out if they have
anything in common by guessing one of them,
both of them or neither of them.  It's easy.

starting April 24th. We're sure you'll be amazed at some of the answers.

Time to put your detective's hat on because this game requires all of your sleuthing skills!  You'll need to sniff out the correct answer and decide whether each of the statements in each category is True, Half True or ... a Total Lie!


Sample Question.

Q: In college, Bush was arrested twice, once for stealing a wreath, the second time for mooning.

Is it true?  Are you sure?

It's Half True - he was arrested for stealing a wreath.  His second arrest was for trying to tear down a goal-post!

Especially for you sniffer dogs out there, this game will air straight after Odd Couples at 6:45pm PT/9:45pm ET.
